What to Expect

There’s something powerful that happens when women leaders get in a room together, especially when the room isn’t performative, competitive, or built for networking… but built for us.

The Women in Leadership Circle is a monthly, in-person gathering for high-achieving women who are navigating the real, messy, brilliant realities of leadership. It’s part roundtable, part sisterhood, part “living-room with my girls energy,” and 100% a space where women can show up as their full selves.

No titles. No ego. No agenda to sell anything.

Just a collective of women who run sh*t in their companies, organizations, careers, and lives, and deserve a place that supports them as they do it.

A safe, inclusive, diverse circle where real leadership conversations happen

  • A place to be seen, supported, and understood by women who get it

  • A monthly pause from the chaos to focus on growth, clarity, and connection

  • A living-room-style gathering: warm, real, grounded, human

  • A mix of roundtable discussion, guided topics, and the occasional guest speaker

  • A community rooted in honesty, mutual support, and no-BS conversation

Logistics

One evening a month - or coffee if that works better for everyone (we’ll decide with the group) - kick off in February 2026

Cost

Membership fee is $1,000 upfront for the year, or $85/12-month payment plan

Group Size

Small, intentionally curated to keep the circle meaningful
